New Year Eve Dinner - Sarawak


hehe...
拖了很久,想写了很久。
今年的三十晚,不像去年,回到砂拉越家时,全部人都吃饱了。
今年,还有机会与妈妈、妹妹们一起在厨房准备食材兼谈笑。
回家,真的是一件最美好的事了。
呵呵...告诉你们,今年的团圆饭的菜与往年差不多。
不过呢!算算都有12道吧?
看看有什么啊!
The day before CNY this year was different with last year.
I still remember that i arrived home after everybody finish eating.
This year is great, I still manage to prepare and cook together with my lovely mom and sisters.
It is really wonderful to stay at my warmest home.
hehe...actually the dishes this year quite similar with last 24 years CNY dinner.
But...let me count...I think still got 12 dishes gua!!??
Let's see it!!



huh...美味的烧味拼盘, 有叉烧、烧肉、红糟排骨、红糟虾。
丰富吧?新鲜的虾,再加上香喷喷的叉烧与酥脆的烧肉。
好吃得不得了!
Delicious Fried prawn, Grilled pork etc...
Nice, right??



这是每年团圆饭必要的主食。
那就是-蟹虾肉炒鱼翅。
加一点黑醋调味,微酸,有蟹虾肉的甜味带出鱼翅的鲜味。
太美妙了!
This is a MUST in our menu every year.
Sharkfin crab meat fried egg.
put some black vinegar, a bit sour...but...appetite!!



这一盘蛋炒螃蟹就失色了很多。
原因:我不会选!
蟹肉不够紧实,不够新鲜。
总之,难吃啦!
This fried crab...ehm....bad taste!!
reason: I choose the not fresh crab la...sorry lo...



红烧海参牛筋
今年使用瓷锅来煮,煮出来的的确比较好吃呢!
那新鲜的酱汁渗透进海参牛筋里面,既入味又弹牙。
不会觉得太韧或太软,就是刚刚好!
We use claypot to cook the stewed sea cucumber,
It's just nice compare with last year.



哇!我的最爱!
卤鸭!
妈妈煮的卤鸭使我在外面完全吃不到的滋味。
外面的多数是一整只鸭拿去卤,而且放入的材料,始终不够家里的足!
所以,妈妈煮的事又香又好吃!
Oh! My favourite dish!!!
Stewed duck!
It's totally different with the 2 stewed duck I eat at MBPJ and Section 17.
It smells good and really delicious!!



这是干辣椒炒猪肚
呵呵...以前过年的晚餐时没有这道菜的。
可是,我们喜欢吃嘛!就做咯!
最重要就是好吃和吃得开心!
This is Dried chilies fried chitterlings.
Last year didn't have this dish actually.
But,
we cook just because we like it! :p
the look seems like taste bad, actually quite nice la...



是不是觉得怎么可以没有菜呢?
其实有的,这一道呢!是全菇宴!里面应该是由5种不同的菇类所炒出来的!
加上海螺的鲜味,是一道非常好吃的菜!
Yeah!! 5 different species of mushrooms!
Fried together with sea snail...yummy yummy!!



不知道是什么吧?除非你是我同乡咯!
这是白馃干,使馃条的一种,也是用米做出来的。
只是,白
馃干比较厚,比较短,也比较有嚼劲。
这是用蛤炒的,很好吃哦!
This dish call fried white rice stick.
Actually it is similar with fried kuew tiaw.
But, this is more chewy and taste good!



好啦!好啦!菜在这里啦!
鲍贝炒杂锦。
有鲍贝,应该不会难吃到哪儿吧?
Okay, okay! here it is the vegetable!!
Abalone fried vege.
Not bad gua...??

其实还有2道菜的,可是不知何原因没拍到就是了。
一道是炒冬粉,一道是清蒸雪鱼。
所以,算算看是不是有12道菜呢?

Forgot why I did not take the photo.
Anyway, one is fried noodle and another is steam fish!
12 dishes, right??
