9th college choir past achievement counted start from my 1st year in UM until now.
5 years champion in a row for FESENI,
Champion in National Level,
Champion again at MYOF.
Won UKM, UTM, UPSI, KCC...
We did it!!
Is that true?? I can't believe it!!

The competitions are just like happened yesterday.
But,
5 years?
1825 days??
43800 hours?
2628000 minutes???
that long??
Oh my goodness!!
I'm 24 going to 25 years old!!!
ar....................!!!

Don't want to believe that....
Mandy, GH, CC, Terence, Ash finished their job in our choir already.
They are retire soon...
The new team will build again without them next semester.
*sob sob

Every year doing same thing.
Train people to get an A+ result,
then,
someone leaving...
rebuild again at the next year..
train to get an A+ result,
someone leaving again....
Every year we force to start from zero.
That is really tiring job!
Not easy...
*sigh...

May be we just form a team at outside better??
How about XUM??

New Year Eve Dinner - Sarawak

hehe...

拖了很久，想写了很久。

今年的三十晚，不像去年，回到砂拉越家时，全部人都吃饱了。
今年，还有机会与妈妈、妹妹们一起在厨房准备食材兼谈笑。
回家，真的是一件最美好的事了。
呵呵...告诉你们，今年的团圆饭的菜与往年差不多。
不过呢！算算都有12道吧？
看看有什么啊！
The day before CNY this year was different with last year.
I still remember that i arrived home after everybody finish eating.
This year is great, I still manage to prepare and cook together with my lovely mom and sisters.
It is really wonderful to stay at my warmest home.
hehe...actually the dishes this year quite similar with last 24 years CNY dinner.
But...let me count...I think still got 12 dishes gua!!??

huh...美味的烧味拼盘， 有叉烧、烧肉、红糟排骨、红糟虾。
丰富吧？新鲜的虾，再加上香喷喷的叉烧与酥脆的烧肉。
好吃得不得了！
Delicious Fried prawn, Grilled pork etc...
Nice, right??



这是每年团圆饭必要的主食。
那就是-蟹虾肉炒鱼翅。
加一点黑醋调味，微酸，有蟹虾肉的甜味带出鱼翅的鲜味。
太美妙了！
This is a MUST in our menu every year.
Sharkfin crab meat fried egg.
put some black vinegar, a bit sour...but...appetite!!



这一盘蛋炒螃蟹就失色了很多。
原因：我不会选！
蟹肉不够紧实，不够新鲜。
总之，难吃啦！
This fried crab...ehm....bad taste!!
reason: I choose the not fresh crab la...sorry lo...



红烧海参牛筋
今年使用瓷锅来煮，煮出来的的确比较好吃呢！
那新鲜的酱汁渗透进海参牛筋里面，既入味又弹牙。
不会觉得太韧或太软，就是刚刚好！
We use claypot to cook the stewed sea cucumber,
It's just nice compare with last year.



哇！我的最爱！
卤鸭！
妈妈煮的卤鸭使我在外面完全吃不到的滋味。
外面的多数是一整只鸭拿去卤，而且放入的材料，始终不够家里的足！
所以，妈妈煮的事又香又好吃！
Oh! My favourite dish!!!
Stewed duck!
It's totally different with the 2 stewed duck I eat at MBPJ and Section 17.
It smells good and really delicious!!



这是干辣椒炒猪肚
呵呵...以前过年的晚餐时没有这道菜的。
可是，我们喜欢吃嘛！就做咯！
最重要就是好吃和吃得开心！
This is Dried chilies fried chitterlings.
Last year didn't have this dish actually.
But,
we cook just because we like it! :p
the look seems like taste bad, actually quite nice la...



是不是觉得怎么可以没有菜呢？
其实有的，这一道呢！是全菇宴！里面应该是由5种不同的菇类所炒出来的！
加上海螺的鲜味，是一道非常好吃的菜！
Yeah!! 5 different species of mushrooms!
Fried together with sea snail...yummy yummy!!



不知道是什么吧？除非你是我同乡咯！
这是白馃干，使馃条的一种，也是用米做出来的。
只是，白馃干比较厚，比较短，也比较有嚼劲。
这是用蛤炒的，很好吃哦！
This dish call fried white rice stick.
Actually it is similar with fried kuew tiaw.
But, this is more chewy and taste good!



好啦！好啦！菜在这里啦！

其实还有２道菜的，可是不知何原因没拍到就是了。
一道是炒冬粉，一道是清蒸雪鱼。
所以，算算看是不是有１２道菜呢？

Birthday 2008-10-16

My birthday blog.....

生日的那段时间是我最忙的时候。

赶着交assignment，生日是在星期四，可是星期日、星期一和星期二就在医院度过了一整天。还好还是赶完，而在我生日之前就不用两边奔跑了。想想那时就觉得很辛苦。除了担心我的功课，还要担心医院那里。

星期二晚上呢，终于可以回家好好睡一觉了。在医院睡了一晚，真的很辛苦。背都弯了啦！

结果，不是早睡，反而跑去宿舍了。有choir嘛！和堂弟们吃晚餐后，就去choir了。

星期三，还是去了choir。Choir后，又和ese、noel和jennifer 去了The Island, SS2喝茶。直到两点多才回去。还是不肯睡，结果又玩电脑到四、五点才肯乖乖去睡觉。犯贱啦！

后来，生日当天，mc约了我晚上为我庆祝生日。呵呵...谢谢啦！

我们又去了旺角了。

晚上，又和婶婶吃完晚餐，去了一趟pasar malam后，我们就在旺角大门集合。喝了大大杯Teh Ais后，我和mc他们还跑去K Box唱歌呢！我的第一次去KBox, 我的第一次和mc、cc、sy、guanghan和jh去唱歌呢！

虽然有些不习惯他们唱k的style，可还是很好玩！很特别的一次！

无论如何，都得谢谢他们陪伴....

高中毕业

跳过不写我在中国的种种趣事，也不写我生日的记事，更加不想写最近吃的美食。现在最想写的是High School Musical 3。

看完了它后，真的觉得自己和高中毕业的距离越来越远了。远到连当初离开时种种不舍的情怀都没办法再回想。久到自己连那时开心的时光，都好像没什么印象了。看了这部戏，感受蛮深的，它让我想起当初和朋友各奔前程的舍不得，想起当初得知自己的去向时的喜悦。

当时，最不舍得的就是和安妮分开。毕竟我们真的老是粘在一起，去那里都一起。现在想想有时候就会觉得如果我们并没有分开，现在的我们会是怎样呢？是吵架，还是更好呢？老实说，真的想像不到。我也不敢再想。

总之，这部戏真的让我又小小的回到那时的感受。不错呢！

Eng Seong's birthday

Eng Seong's birthday...26th august 2008...

The day I need to say good bye to my dearest mom and dad..
The day I need to go back to KL...
The day I need to sit inside plane for 2 hours...
sh*t! really hate it!!!

Well..I am here, KL again..finally...

one week holiday is tooooo short la.....
I have not enough time to spend together with my family and my best friends la...

Anyway, no matter how sad I am......
we still celebrate Eng Seong birthday...hehe...

1. Irish Beef Hotpot

This soup taste like the ABC soup Carmen and I cook at house last time. The soup after 2 days we cook using slow cooker..haha...Really delicious, very thick and smell good!!

2. Lamb Soup(don't know what name already..hehe)

This soup actually quite similar with thw Irish Beef Hotpot. Just this is lamb not beef.


hehe...feel hungry? me too!
Let me introduce the main course to you all la....
That is really worth and delicious!


3. Fish and Chips together with a mushroom soup
Feel like not enough to eat, right? But, it is quite big portion!! Jennifer can't finish it.


4. Big Burger
This is beef burger if not wrong. I like the potato wedges...hehe...Es was order this.

4. Chicken Chop
This is my main course. Only one word can describe it: DELICIOUS!!

5. White sauce spaghetti
This is white sauce spaghetti with ham. Not bad!

The Birthday cake was our dessert that night!!
Deng Deng Deng Deng...

6. Birthday Cake bought at Orange Bakery, Kota Damansara

See, 5 people(i didn't count wrong la...plus me is 5 ma..) finish the whole cake!!
Really full enough!
Luckily.....
I have 2 best friends to help me settle a bit bit(i know la...is half la...okay!!)
haha....
